Get fully personalised 1-to-1 lessons designed around your level, goals, and learning style. Whether you want to boost your speaking, polish your writing, or prepare for an exam, these focused sessions give you the time and support you need to grow in confidence and fluency.
Cancellation Policy
- Full payment of £15 is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson. - To cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact us via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged £7.50 (50% of the lesson fee). - If you do not show up for your lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee of £15 will be charged. - If you arrive late, your lesson may be shortened accordingly, but the full fee will still apply. - Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, except in exceptional circumstances. - By booking a lesson, you agree to this payment and cancellation policy.
